Bylaws
A bylaw is directly defined as "a rule made by a company or society to control the actions of its members". In Key Club’s case, they function as guidelines that each Key Club District abides by. At every level of Key Club, from the club level to the international level, bylaws are used to direct members, club officers, and district board members in the right direction.
