The Executive Committee consists of every executive officer on the District Board, the district’s International Trustee, and the Administrative Team. In this committee, the execs discuss and plan board meetings, events within the District Board, and finalize minor decisions for the District. This committee is in place to assist the Governor in whatever they need assistance or guidance with.

The Review Committee is focused on reviewing and staying up to date on rules and regulations in our district and International. They review bylaws and reword them to make them simpler and easier to understand. They also propose amendments and cover the technicalities of the district.
PUBLIC RELATIONS COMMITTEE

The PR Committee focuses on posting all forms of updates, promotions, and events on MinnDak’s social media. They write articles and newsletters on graphic design and post making. They also create videos for the MinnDak YouTube.

The Service Planning Committee is dedicated to promoting the preferred charities and international partners of Key Club International. They create articles, newsletters, and promotions of service projects for those charities and in more!

The Kiwanis Family Committee is in charge of promoting the relationships between Key Club and the rest of the Kiwanis Family clubs in MinnDak. They create articles and newsletters about our Kiwanis ties and what they are/why they are important. They also keep us up to date on any news within our Kiwanis Family.

The Membership Development Committee is focused on helping create new methods to recruit and retain members and promote Key Club spirit! They have created more Key Club spirit by creating their monthly publication, the MinnDak Membership Monthly. They also write articles on membership retention in clubs.

The Event Planning Committee, as stated in the name, plans district events. They are the ones responsible for all the fabulous decorations and the scripts. They go through the process of brainstorming, dwindling, and finalizing decorations for tables, the wall, the balcony, and more. They also create posts for events as they get closer.

The International Networking Committee is responsible for forming connections with other districts in Key Club International and collaborating with them to help better MinnDak as a whole. They are responsible for finding new ideas for our district to implement, administering the MinnDak pen pal system, and being the experts on international affairs.
